Aspartame is an artificial sweetener found in many foods and drinks. Glutamate is a flavor enhancer for food best known as MSG – and found in many processed foods as well as American style Chinese foods. These chemicals are added by manufacturers to enhance flavors and stimulate your brain to like it better. Even if you don’t have some kind of chronic pain this is not natural for the body. Please read your nutrition labels of everything you consume. Find alternatives for the products containing aspartame and glutamate. Better yet, reduce your processed food and drink consumption opting for more natural food. Your brain and body will benefit greatly!
